What is the process of ordering a tutu/leotard with you?
1) Send me a message here
2) I will then send you my intake form to fill out
3) After ensuring I have room in my schedule to make your costume, I will give you a price quote
4) If you would like to proceed, I will email you a $100 deposit invoice to secure your spot
5) You fill out dancer's measurements with my measurement guide here
6) I create a sketch of what I'm envisioning and send it to you along with fabrics to approve of
7) Once the costume is done, photos will be sent to you along with the payment remainder + shipping
8) I ship out your costume and send you tracking info
Are you able to customize a costume for me with my measurements?
Yes, when creating a costume I will use your exact measurements (height, bust, waist, hips, etc.) to create a perfect fit for you.
Do you make tutus and leotards for all age ranges and sizes?
Yes! Everything I make will be a custom fit for YOU.
Is everything hand-stitched?
Absolutely everything is hand-stitched and sewed together piece by piece by me.
Can you replicate an exact costume from a photo?
Yes! If you have an exact picture of what you want, I can replicate it. It will never be exact, but I can make something very similar. Otherwise, I'll ask for inspiration photos and create something unique for you based off that.
How much does it cost to have a tutu or leotard made?
My tutus average at $1,200 for adults and $600 for kids. My tunics start at $450, leotards start at $150 - all ranging depending on design and material/embellishments (I only use high quality materials). Shipping is a separate fee which is calculated at the end.
How much does it cost to have a practice skirt made?
My practice chiffon skirts range from $25 - $40 and my practice tutus start at $150.
What is the turnaround time after placing an order?
Typically, it takes me 2 weeks to complete the sketches, order materials, create the costume and have it shipped. Although, this does vary depending on season and my schedule. The sooner you plan in advance and order, the better!
Can I place a bulk order from you/do you work with dance companies?
Absolutely! I started my business working for a dance company, creating dozens of costumes for performances. As long as this order is placed in advance and there is enough time of course.
Do you accept returns?
Since the costume is customized to you, I do not accept returns. However, I have never had a customer not be satisfied with their order!
Do you ship outside of the US?
Currently, I only ship to US states (excluding Alaska) and Canada.
